This role sits at the intersection of UX writing and content strategy, requiring expertise in systems thinking, and a user-centric mindset.

Develop frameworks, strategies, and best practices that champion the end-user's needs.
Identify and document requirements, best practices, and prompts for AI agents that support and simplify end-user tasks in valuable, intuitive, and ethical ways.
Collaborate with designers, researchers, data scientists, product managers, and engineers
Collaborate with designers, researchers, data scientists, product managers, and engineers; influence and adapt to stakeholders and their feedback.

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Science Writing, UX, HCI, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
An outstanding portfolio of thoughtfully designed content, demonstrating work across the end-to-end content development process, from identifying best practices to refining copy.

Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
ability to communicate complex concepts effectively across a broad range of audiences, and galvanize different opinions around a shared objective.
Familiarity with Figma as well as the technical intricacies of designing accessible, responsive web applications.

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD $130,000 –$146,500 + bonus + equity + benefits.
