About the role
- Supports environmental permitting and compliance activities for pipeline and facilities projects in the Southwest Division (SWD), primarily in Texas and New Mexico.
- This entry-level role assists senior environmental staff with consultant coordination, regulatory compliance support, tracking environmental deliverables, and document and invoice management.
- The selected candidate will be eligible for company benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off (PTO), and Free Parking.
Responsibilities
- Support environmental permitting for projects on federal, state, and private lands
- Coordinate with external consultants to compile environmental and permitting documents
- Support compliance with Bureau of Land Management (BLM), State Land Office (SLO), US Army Corps (USACE), and US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) requirements
- Coordinate with internal project teams to support routing guidance and schedules
- Maintain organized project files and records
- Support Oracle invoicing and purchase order (PO) tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of NEPA, Clean Water Act (CWA), and Endangered Species Act (ESA)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required (up to 30%)
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of their employment
