About the role

  • As a Property Desk Adjuster, you will investigate and evaluate homeowners property claims from start to finish.
  • You will confirm the facts of loss, determine coverage, assess damages, and negotiate settlements within your assigned authority.
  • A key part of this position is delivering excellent customer service through clear, timely communication, keeping customers informed and supported throughout the claims process.

Responsibilities

  • For claims involving fraud or subrogation, partners with assigned reps from those areas to achieve best outcome

Requirements

  • With proficiency in Xactimate and a strong foundation in claims handling, including supplements, ALE, contents and full claim ownership.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, excellent customer service, and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
  • When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating.
  • Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.

Nice to have

  • Experience handling claims in both field and desk settings is strongly preferred.
  • Holds an active adjuster license or possess a license that qualifies for reciprocity in the applicable states is strongly preferred.

  • Inside Property Cons II: $56,000.00 - 82,500.00/salary

  • Cons I: $68,500.00 - 104,100.00/salary
  • Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.

Compensation

  • $53,500.00 - 77,800.00/salary
  • $56,000.00 - 82,500.00/salary
  • $68,500.00 - 104,100.00/salary
