Responsibilities
- Coordinate quality escalations and disputes with the manufacturer when policyholders or the field report defects Track RMA quality trends and surface patterns to the Product Manager for firmware or hardware action Support inventory planning conversations with the manufacturer as the portfolio scales

- We are seeking a Product Logistics Coordinator to own non-standard shipping execution, vendor coordination, and install conversion workstreams for our connected device portfolio.
- This role sits within the Product team, reports directly to the Product Manager, and partners closely with our 3PL provider, manufacturer, Insurance CX, and Accounting.
