About the role

  • This role will oversee the operations, maintenance, sustainment, enhancement, cybersecurity, and training activities supporting enterprise EMS (Electromagnetic Spectrum) software capabilities.
  • This role requires a technically proficient leader with experience managing Agile software development teams supporting Federal contracts and classified DoW environments.

Responsibilities

  • Execute, manage, and deliver government program(s) by working through multiple internal and external teams during the entire agile product lifecycle including, but not limited, to operations, architecture, engineering, analytics, DevSecOps, installation, configuration, acceptance, training, technical assistance, handover, and sustainment.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage Master Schedules (MS) using Microsoft Project.
  • Lead Monthly Management Reviews (MMRs), bi-weekly Interim Progress Reviews (IPRs), and technical exchange meetings.
  • Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs)
  • Support technical demonstrations, customer engagements, and executive briefings for Government leadership and operational users.
  • Manage project risks, mitigation strategies, staffing plans, and operational dependencies.

Requirements

  • You must be comfortable operating in fast-paced Government environments while balancing technical execution, customer engagement, staffing, risk management, and contract performance.

Compensation

  • $120k-$160k
