About the role

  • These organizations are often in the room when enterprise clients are redesigning their finance stack, selecting technology, or moving from strategy into implementation.
  • This portfolio spans the largest global professional services firms (e.g., Deloitte) and GSIs (e.g., Infosys).

Responsibilities

  • Map each firm and build credibility with the partners, practice leaders, alliance teams and client-service teams who matter most

  • Build market-facing proof points with Ramp's leadership, marketing and product teams, including executive events, thought leadership and shared client stories
  • Establish and maintain the operating cadence: relationship maps, firm plans, account maps and next steps
  • Fluency in how large, matrixed professional services firms actually work, including how practices are incentivized and how a technology partner earns internal endorsement
