- Ensure all projects are completed on time and to world class standards
- Extensive experience in Agile development with strong Technical Architecture skills
- Strong engineering skills and experience
- Prior experience of both start-up and corporate environments.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Java [J2EE, Groovy/Grails, Spring, Hibernate]
- Web [AngularJS, JQuery,, Ext-JS, GWT..]
- Strong UI/Web development skills. Must have worked in atleast one or more Web Frameworks
- Database [Oracle, Postgres]
- Other: JBoss AS, XML, XSLT
