About the role
- This role integrates demand planning, supply planning, and execution through the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring schedule stability, high service levels, and alignment with operational and financial goals.
Responsibilities
- This role manages inventory levels through data-driven planning,, and collaborates cross-functionally to maintain efficient production flow and capacity utilization.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to develop and maintain production schedules in correct packaging aligned with customer demand
- Analyze capacity constraints and develop actionable solutions to support demand changes
- Support production team in planning labor hours and machine capacity requirements
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to maintain optimal throughput
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics
- Provide regular reports and insights to support decision-making
- Support or lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with world-class manufacturing practices
- Our Marlette facility plays a key role in delivering both exceptional products and customer support.
Requirements
- College degree in a manufacturing or supply chain related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Nice to have
- Coordinate schedule execution with cross-functional teams including production, purchasing, and logistics
- Adjust production plans proactively to mitigate risks and ensure on-time delivery
- Identify opportunities to enhance planning accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
