About the role
- 10+ years of professional software development experience, with an emphasis on enterprise data analytics.
- Experience running agile delivery processes, with a strong sense for sprint planning, capacity management and backlog prioritization.
- Comfort operating within a 0-1 environment where speed and ambiguity coexist.

- Team Lead at Maxa, you will drive developer success and be the architect of our engineering culture.
- This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys ambiguity, builds fast and efficiently, and has the experience to shape AI agentic workflows to elevate the team's production delivery.
- Lead, mentor and build a high-performing team of software developers through career development planning and coaching.
- Drive strong production ownership practices, including observability and incident responses, with a mindset
Requirements
- Knowledge of Temporal or equivalent workflow orchestration.
