Responsibilities
- SWBC is seeking a talented individual to provide strategic and operational integration support across multiple functional areas of Human Resources, develop, implement, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations across the areas of Core HCM, Studio, BIRT, EIB, and Document Transformations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field of study from an accredited four-year college or university required.
- Complete command of XML standards and experience in their application (for example, XML Schema, XSLT, STX, DOM, SAX, and similar technologies).
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with non-technical business owners on a technical solution.
- Strong Web Services development experience (SOAP and REST) with a deep understanding of XSLT, XPath and XML.
Nice to have
- Five plus (5+) years of Workday experience required and deep expertise in building workday integrations utilizing REST/SOAP, Workday Studio.
- Workday Studio certification preferred.
- Prism/Extend experience will be a plus.
