Working in collaboration with our entire IT Operations team, you will be on the front-line ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly and securely.

Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as CPG, food and beverage, wholesale, and retail. *Exol is an independently managed joint venture between Symbotic and Softbank.

Warehouse & Operations Support
Mobility Devices: configure, troubleshoot, and maintain handheld mobile android devices (e.g., Zebra, Honeywell) and vehicle-mounted terminals.
Printing Infrastructure: Maintain a fleet of critical printers / label printers as well as office multi-function printers.
WMS Support: Act as liaison between warehouse associates and the WMS Application Support Team by ensuring user issues are reported effectively, accurately and resolved swiftly.
Connectivity: Hands-on support for the IT Operations Team in troubleshoot WiFI AP's, switches, firewalls, and IoT devices.
End-User Support
Support User Onboarding: Conduct IT onboarding sessions with new hires to ensure they understand IT processes and standards, that their devices are operating as expected, and answer any technical follow-up questions.
Support User Offboarding: Collect, inventory, and wipe equipment for departing staff.
This role is a mix of traditional helpdesk support, site infrastructure maintenance, and warehouse-specific technology management.
You will support a mix of IT Infrastructure on the warehouse floor, administrative offices, and for leadership functions.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (servers, UPS units, printers).
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods on a concrete warehouse floor.
Ability to work in an air-conditioned room when needed supporting MDF infrastructure.
Travel may be required for up to 10% of the time.
Ability to walk/stand for extended periods, climb stairs/ladders, and tolerate warehouse environmental conditions (temperature variations, noise, etc.)

The base range for this position in the posted location is $77,000.00 - $105,600.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
