About the role
- You'll report to our Director of RCM and help ensure billing for our customers is on-time and accurate.
- This role includes work across the entire revenue cycle with aspects of billing, follow up, and cash posting.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Associate's or bachelor's degree required, or 7 years direct and applicable experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in billing, claims follow up, denial management, and cash posting.
- Strong understanding of hospital, facility, and long term care/ SNF billing processes, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, managed care plans, and private insurance billing.
- Experience with payer portals (Availity, Navinet, Provider One, PaySpan, etc.)
Compensation
- $72,000 - $75,000 USD
- 40,000+ family interactions supported every year

- Review, and submit claims for senior living health providers (specifically assisted living and skilled nursing / nursing home providers)
- Certification in medical billing/coding (e.g., CRCR, CPC, CCA) is a plus.
