About the role
- This is not a scholar-facing role, but rather a behind-the-scenes role supporting the staff and systems that facilitate a world-class scholar learning experience.
- This position will report to the MD of Scholar Learning Experiences.
Nice to have
- Up to 2 weeks of travel during the summer plus occasional travel throughout the year
Compensation
- $73,300-$80,630

- The Scholar Learning Experiences team designs and operates the online curricula, platforms, and tools that shape how Scholars engage with Thrive programming outside of in-person instruction at Summer Academy.
- The Position: The Program Manager will be an experienced project manager who can coordinate and manage processes with impactful scholar learning experiences as their north star.
- Candidates with experience in education administration are preferred.
- Looking ahead, Scholar Learning Experiences will continue to strengthen and expand our digital infrastructure so that every Scholar, regardless of location or program, has a seamless and engaging experience with Thrive.
