About the role

We understand that a diagnosis such as Alzheimer's disease impacts not only the person with the condition but the entire family system, which is why we view the illness as a key component of treatment.
Your therapy services will focus on adults, older adults, and family caregivers, addressing both the emotional and psychological challenges that arise on this journey.

As a member of our transdisciplinary team, you will deliver virtual outpatient therapy to individuals affected by chronic conditions and their family caregivers.
By offering centralized support for inquiries, scheduling, insurance contracting, billing and collections, our therapist gets to focus on supporting patients on this often difficult journey.
Our goal is to transform the way caregiving is perceived and valued, ensuring that family caregivers have the resources, knowledge, and support they need so no one has to navigate this journey alone.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
Specialty or training in ACT and/or CBT highly preferred.
Social justice oriented and practices anti-racism work Proficiency in another language, other than English, is a plus but not required.
