Responsibilities
- Provides direct customer service, accounts support, and/or clerical/administrative support for the department.
- Job Summary Supports and facilitates the maintenance of accurate and efficient business operations.
- Performs insurance pre-authorization process, enters, validates, and reconciles visit activity and supplies to ensure accurate billing.
