About the role
- A Machine Operator 1 is responsible for operating a single machine.

Requirements
- Although the physical requirements vary each day, the employee must have the ability to sit (5%), stand (40%), walk (10%), kneel/squat (20%) and bend (25%) for 12 hours.
- Ability to lift approximately up to a maximum of 50 pounds, approximately 4 times per day from floor to waist.
- Ability to reach from 10 inches approximately 2 hours per day, and up to 60 inches approximately 1 hour per day.
- Ability to climb stairs approximately 8 times per day, ladders approximately 1-2 times per day, and crawling approximately 3 to 4 times per week.
- Must be able to perform pushing/pulling of the upper body approximately 5 to 6 times per day and the whole body approximately 4 to 5 times per day.
- Must be in good physical condition.
- Ability to identify ingredients in and out of packing containers, hearing, understanding instructions and seeing.
