About the role

By joining our Manufacturing Operations team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the heart of production operations.

This internship is designed to develop future leaders by providing direct exposure to team supervision, manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the day-to-day supervision of production activities;
Work closely with employees on the production floor and support team engagement;

This position is exclusively open to students pursuing a university degree.
Supported by experienced managers, you will build the skills required to pursue future supervisory and management opportunities.

Knowledge of manufacturing operations;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong organizational and analytical skills;
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles (an asset)
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Previous internship experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
