About the role

  • Rothschild & Co's New York-based Industrials Group is looking for an experienced Associate to work closely with a team of professionals to deliver advisory services to a range of clients, both domestic and international.

Responsibilities

  • Lead transaction execution processes, from preparation of marketing materials, organization and completion of due diligence, preparation of internal committee memoranda and coordination of internal and external resources

Requirements

  • Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional work experience with a minimum of 1-2 years within a top tier corporate finance adviser/investment bank with prior M&A execution experience
  • Strong financial modeling skills required

Compensation

  • Expected base salary rates for this role in our New York Office will be between $175,000 and $225,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
