Responsibilities
- 10+ years in MEP design management and construction, preferably in multifamily or large-scale mixed-use projects.
- Expert-level understanding of: MEP systems design and coordination, Construction sequencing and phasing, utility coordination and infrastructure planning, commissioning and operational readiness
- Expert in operational risk mitigation, design documentation, and VDC processes.

- We have a 35-year track record of developing multifamily communities with responsibility, accountability, and integrity.
- Lead early engagement with MEP trade partners, consultants, Estimating, Procurement, and Project Management to define system‑level parameters that reduce cost, schedule, and operational risk.
- Oversee long‑lead MEP equipment planning and alignment with program timelines.
- Support MEP subcontractor prequalification and technical evaluation processes.
- Equipment manufacturing lead times
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Skills
- Demonstrated leadership in multifamily or large-scale construction projects.
- Act as a representative and advocate of JPI's culture and guiding principles
- 5 day (Monday-Friday) Physical Co-location
- Daily Collaboration
