About the role

- This position is on-site at our campus location in Stockbridge, GA.
Responsibilities
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships via phone in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to adjust and adapt quickly to change and implement updates accordingly.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Eager to learn, retain, and implement new information
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
- Proficient computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office programs

- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Compensation
- In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $28.00 per hour.
