About the role

  • This position is on-site at our campus location in Stockbridge, GA.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships via phone in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to adjust and adapt quickly to change and implement updates accordingly.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Eager to learn, retain, and implement new information

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
  • Proficient computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office programs

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Compensation

  • In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $28.00 per hour.
