Manage a team of data storage, data management and data engineering professionals.
Manage data warehouse (Databricks), OLTP databases, open search, and elastic cache clusters.
Research, evaluate, recommend, and implement appropriate technologies for long-term data storage for a variety of application service including our data lake.
Develop and maintain runbooks to allow NOC staff to respond to anticipable operational events.
Recruit and develop additional members of the DB operations/automation team to develop and maintain team capabilities and maintain business continuity.
Oversee the development of software and software tools used for design, infrastructure, and platforms, including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, and databases.
Determine hardware compatibility and/or hardware design.
Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 on-call support two weeks per month.

Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
Knowledge in EPP, EDR and XDR Data Schema evolution.
