About the role

  • You'll be expected to go beyond the analysis - understanding the operational realities of executing recommendations and thinking critically through trade-offs.
  • Where: The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Own analyses end-to-end with limited guidance - from data aggregation and cleaning through to insight, recommendation, and communication.
  • Drive pricing and packaging analyses that support EverPro's strategic growth priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BI, data analytics, finance, and product teams to gather input, validate assumptions, and drive alignment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in one or more of the following: strategy, growth, consulting, product marketing, financial analysis, business and/or revenue operations.
  • Strong understanding of core SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, expansion metrics)
  • Advanced Excel proficiency required. ability to thoughtfully parse data, not simply take it at face value
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Direct experience with software/subscription pricing and packaging models
  • Basic AI literacy - you know how to write a good prompt and incorporate AI tools into your day-to-day work
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: you can make progress and bring structure to a problem even when the path isn't fully defined.
  • Strong communicator: you can distill complex analyses into a clear "so what" and make your recommendations easy to act on.
  • This role can be based anywhere in Canada - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.

Nice to have

  • SaaS or software industry experience strongly preferred

Compensation

  • The target base compensation for this position is $112,000-$140,000 CAD per year in most US locations.
