Responsibilities
- Accordingly, candidates must either be U.S. Persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) or be prepared to collaborate with the company in securing the necessary U.S. government export authorizations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies to improve safety, quality, throughput, and cost.
- Mentor and develop Manufacturing Engineers through coaching, training, and technical leadership.
- Lead and facilitate PFMEAs while coaching Engineering and Quality teams on best practices.
- Partner with Design Engineering to improve Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and support successful product introductions.
- Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing standards, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects with Production, Quality, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
- Support engineering changes, validation activities, and production readiness.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience collaborating with Design Engineering on DFM and process optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Power BI, Visual Manufacturing or similar ERP/MES systems, and CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
Compensation
- The salary range is $83,400 - $155,000 Is this role subject to ITAR?
