About the role

  • LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to join our team.
  • You will help maximize the physical readiness and long-term health of fighter aircrew by evaluating and providing performance assessment and maintenance to fighter aircrew personnel.
  • Track progress through follow-up assessments as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial evaluations and performance assessments for assigned fighter aircrew, developing individualized programs (IP) focused on neck and back conditioning to minimize injury risks and severity.
  • Maintain a safe training environment by ensuring proper equipment usage, reporting safety concerns, and advising on facility layout, exercise protocols, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to human performance optimization and injury prevention.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Human Performance, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of full-time experience as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist in collegiate (or higher), professional, or tactical athletics
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
