Responsibilities

  • Lead Client Engagements
  • Own day-to-day delivery across multiple provider engagements, managing scopes, timelines, workplans, deliverables, and client communications.
  • Produce polished, client-ready deliverables (strategic plans, policy briefs, market assessments, IT architectures, build plans, UI/UX, financial models, and compelling PowerPoint presentations) that turn complex analysis into compelling narratives and visuals.
  • Drive Analysis & Provider Insight
  • Support Business Development & Grow the Practice
  • Mentor and develop analysts and junior team members; model strong consulting craft, structured problem-solving, and quality standards.
  • We deliver insight backed by original research and provide practical solutions for our clients and the families they serve.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, including the ability to tell a story and create a logical structure for presenting.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams with pace and rigor.
  • Proven ability to perform market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, business case development, and strategic growth planning.

Requirements

  • Strong quantitative capabilities: the ability to find trends in data, organize it, and visualize it clearly through Excel and PowerPoint.
  • the ability to write in a clear and compelling manner.
  • the ability to present confidently to senior executives and clients.
  • ability to come up quickly on unfamiliar topics
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree: MBA, MPP, MPH or other similar equivalent.
