About the role
- We are looking for a Delivery Driver to join Odeko as we launch our Nashville market.
- In this unique role, you'll start as the primary delivery driver with the opportunity to work alongside the GM to learn the warehouse operations, providing a potential Operations career track as the market grows.
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to complete final-mile local deliveries
Responsibilities
- Load your own vehicle and ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Requirements
- Hold a valid U.S. state driver's license for at least 4 years
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes up to 60lb, repeatedly throughout shift
- Ability to get in and out of delivery vehicle frequently during route shift
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Skills
- Daily pick, pack, and stage local delivery orders
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse tools and systems (NetSuite, RF Smart, Shopify, Shipstation)
- Learn to receive inbound shipments, restock & count inventory, and ensure par level accuracy
