  • Job Duties: Analyzing target business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze potential investment opportunities and engage in all aspects of due diligence and business analysis to develop and refine investment theses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Accounting or in a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role.
  • Must have two (2) years of experience with: analyzing financial statements such as the income statement and balance sheet

Compensation

  • $135,000 to $170,000/ year
  • Analyzing or verifying annual reports, financial statements, and other records, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures to assess financial condition and facilitate financial planning.
