About the role
- Together, we're expanding access to life-changing care-combining cutting-edge technology with clinical expertise to make a real impact in the mental health space.
- As an Authorization Specialist, you'll play a critical role in securing insurance approvals and removing barriers to care, ensuring patients can start and continue treatment without interruption.
- Follow up with insurance carriers to monitor status and resolve authorization issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage prior authorizations, referrals, appeals, extensions, and reauthorizations from submission through approval.
- Maintain accurate documentation across EHR, CRM, and related systems.
- Partner with Case Managers and clinical teams to support timely patient care.
Requirements
- Knowledge of commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payer requirements.
- Familiarity with REMS and Spravato® With Me programs.
- Knowledge of specialty pharmacy or Buy & Bill workflows.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- experience with AdvancedMD, Salesforce, and Availity preferred.
