About the role

  • Candidates with experience in roofing, construction, remodeling, carpentry, framing, or other skilled trades are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Successful candidates will contribute to all aspects of rooftop solar installations, including material handling, system layout, mounting equipment, structural modifications, and final system assembly.

Responsibilities

  • As a Solar Installer, you will work alongside an experienced team to install residential and commercial solar energy systems safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications.
  • Install PV cabling and solar system components according to design requirements
  • Perform rooftop structural modifications and reinforcements as needed

Requirements

  • This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Compensation

  • $20k-$30k
