About the role

- This includes establishing a professional relationship, helping to resolve clinical and administrative issues as they arise, giving feedback on performance and facilitating an atmosphere in which excellence in client care is provided.
- The Nurse Manager also provides clinical care to clients.
Responsibilities
- Evenings and nights as needed to support staff
- Train Lead Nurses on managerial responsibilities and tasks
- Collaborate with the BHT Manager and Site/Executive Director on day- to- day nursing staffing issues and unfilled shifts and site needs
- Provide behavioral support and crisis prevention and management
- Collaborate with site leadership regarding milieu management
- Capability to work in staffing as needed (may provide extra support for the scheduled team and/or be asked to work the floor during staffing gaps)
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Site/Executive Director
Requirements
- Must have leadership and/or management experience
- Licensed as an RN in the state of employment (can include interstate compact agreements)
Compensation
- $100,000 - $115,000/year
- Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for position.
