This role serves as the primary HR leader for the site, combining strategic HR business partnering with hands-on execution of core HR programs and operations.

Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with sound judgement, professionalism, and a high sense of urgency.
Experience facilitating team effectiveness, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday.
Experience supporting a fast-paced technology or engineering environment.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate people strategies into practical solutions.
As such, applicants must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable law.
Marvell may be required to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce and/or the U.S. Department of State.

Ensure compliance with applicable federal, provincial, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
Monitor HR trends and metrics to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and improve the employee experience.
