Responsibilities
- The ability to lead and elevate art/design across the team, adding value wherever possible
- Leads art direction across projects ranging in scope, complexity, and channel to create a cohesive brand experience that meets/exceeds expectations
- Ability to use advanced design principals to distill complex scientific information and turn it into compelling, clear data visualizations for our brands
- Mastery of file-building/management best practices and The One Intouch Process
- Mentors and grows junior team members, elevating their designs and expanding their industry knowledge
- Develops strong relationships with creative, account management, product management, production, studio, and cross functional team members
- Mastery in developing multichannel creative (within portfolio) that displays strong conceptual thinking, strategic/business acumen, and finely crafted designs
- Interest and experience in leveraging emerging AI tools to support and elevate creative work
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe InDesign is required, with the ability to confidently execute design work across digital and print formats.
