Workday Administration & Support
Serve as a primary point of contact for Workday support and troubleshooting.
Maintain Workday configurations, business processes, security roles, basic reports, and dashboards.
Manage system updates, feature releases, and regression testing activities.
Configure and maintain Workday business processes, notifications, validations, and workflows.
Support implementation of new Workday functionality and enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to improve HR processes and employee experiences through technology.
Configure & maintain security set up, specific security segments and business process permissions.
Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
Support data governance initiatives and maintain data quality standards.

Provide end-user training and support where required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
6 years of HRIS experience with at least 2 years supporting Workday.

Support Workday modules including Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent and Benefits as applicable.
Configure compensation matrices, merit/bonus grids, eligibility rules, and the Compensation Review business process.
Support Workday integrations with third-party systems such as Payroll, Benefits, ATS, Identity Management, and Finance applications.
