About the role
- Our innovative Medical Rehabilitation Program offers a meaningful alternative to institutional rehab, helping people heal at home, with dignity and purpose.
- Position Details: Service Area: Boston, MA Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon - 30 hours per weekend - 3 ten-hour days.
- Initiates appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with physicians, nurse practitioners and interdisciplinary team to contribute a strong Plan of Care for each patient.
Requirements
- Preferably 2+ years of nursing experience, with a focus on geriatrics.
