Responsibilities

  • Actively integrate disaster recovery vulnerabilities, Service Readiness Framework (SRF) findings, and exercise gaps into existing risk frameworks to quantify, score, and systematically drive down operational risk across the company.
  • Partner across the organization to support the execution of unified Gamedays and quarterly technical tests to ensure critical applications fail over predictably.
  • Convert static, document-heavy continuity playbooks into clean, runnable-style procedures to optimize recovery coordination.
  • Additionally, we empower employees to build positive change in their communities by supporting their volunteering and donation efforts.

Requirements

  • Certification: Active Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) designation required.
  • Crisis Competency: Proven experience leading technical response or recovery workflows during high-severity live outages alongside incident management teams.
  • ability to distill highly dense technical single points of failure (SPOFs) into clear, actionable financial and engineering risk metrics for senior security leadership.
  • Active Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) designation required.
  • For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.

Compensation

  • Please note the salary range information provided applies only to candidates residing in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Washington State due to local requirements.
  • Compensation for candidates in other locations will be discussed during the hiring process.
  • The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
  • Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C.: $116,960 - $146,200
  • Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $123,760 - $154,700.
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $137,520 - $171,900.
