About the role
- This position is located at Departmental Offices,Management CFO - Strategy, Planning, and Performance Improvement.
- The work involves studying, evaluating, and providing policy and procedural recommendations concerning internal administrative operations, organizational structures, and management initiatives.
- Specialized experience includes assisting with management consulting work for federal government programs to improve operations and results of those programs.
Requirements
- For the GS-13 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service.
- Experience in consulting practices such as project management, facilitation, problem definition, project scoping, process mapping, data analysis tools and techniques
- OR Experience in project and program management, written and oral communications, meeting and group facilitation, client management, problem-solving techniques, and organizing large stakeholder meetings and events.
- In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks.
- Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
Compensation
- $122k-$158k
