About the role
- As the OBU Integration Analyst, Associate Director, serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, internal DD&T teams, and external vendors across the Oncology Business Unit (OBU).
- A key focus is deep understanding of the data our platforms produce and ingest, ensuring seamless, compliant, and scalable data exchange across a complex ecosystem of internal and external systems.
- This role sits within the OBU & USBU DD&T organization and reports to the Head of Patient Services, Access & Medical Capabilities, USBU & OBU Data, Digital & Technology (DD&T).
Responsibilities
- Partner with the USBU Product team to identify shared Salesforce platform opportunities, reduce duplication, improve scalability, and strengthen platform-level synergies.
- You will translate business needs into actionable requirements that drive integration delivery across products, data platforms, and vendor solutions.

Requirements
- Required: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of data analyst experience or a related field within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Nice to have
- Advance degrees preferred.

- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to act as a bridge between technical teams, hubs, SPs SDs, and end users.

Compensation
- $154,400.00 - $242,550.00 The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
- The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

- This role is responsible for defining, governing, and enabling vendor integrations that support patient services, medical, and access capabilities.
- U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
