About the role

This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for installing, supporting, and commissioning industrial electrical systems for anaerobic digester and Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) construction projects across Ohio and Indiana.
This position works under the direction of an Electrical Foreman and is focused on industrial power, controls, and construction environments.
This role is not residential or light-commercial.

Perform installation and support of industrial electrical systems for RNG and anaerobic digester construction projects.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
Support other construction activities as needed to advance the project.

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working in active construction environments at agricultural and industrial facilities.
Use hand tools, power tools, meters, testers, and electrical trade-specific tools as required.
Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and must be worn as required, including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, fall protection, and gas monitors.

High school diploma or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in all stages of electrical construction, including underground conduit installation to commissioning and documentation.
Experience in industrial or heavy commercial construction strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems, including power distribution, motor controls, and basic instrumentation.
Ability to read and work from industrial electrical drawings and schematics.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with NEC and general industrial electrical code requirements.
Willingness to learn new systems, methods, and construction techniques.

$1.00 - $1,000,000.00 *This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
