About the role

Responsibilities
- Governance & Compliance Maintain the company's legal structure, corporate records, board resolutions, and shareholder matters.
- Support Board of Directors meetings, agendas, and materials, advising on fiduciary duties.
- Real Estate & Development Lead legal strategy for site and land acquisition, zoning, permitting, and entitlements.
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, build-to-suit leases, easements, and joint venture agreements.
- Support customer onboarding and manage the contract lifecycle.
- Corporate & Strategic Transactions Lead due diligence and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Support financing activities, including construction loans, recapitalizations, and structured transactions.
- Manage corporate governance, board matters, and investor relations.
- to develop and operate hyperscale data centers essential for tomorrow's technology.

- Draft, update, and enforce internal policies to meet legal obligations.

- The reasonable compensation range for this role is $260,000 - $350,000.
