Responsibilities

  • Governance & Compliance Maintain the company's legal structure, corporate records, board resolutions, and shareholder matters.
  • Support Board of Directors meetings, agendas, and materials, advising on fiduciary duties.
  • Real Estate & Development Lead legal strategy for site and land acquisition, zoning, permitting, and entitlements.
  • Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, build-to-suit leases, easements, and joint venture agreements.
  • Support customer onboarding and manage the contract lifecycle.
  • Corporate & Strategic Transactions Lead due diligence and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  • Support financing activities, including construction loans, recapitalizations, and structured transactions.
  • Manage corporate governance, board matters, and investor relations.
  • to develop and operate hyperscale data centers essential for tomorrow's technology.

  • Our compensation ranges are informed by market data and aligned to job level and role.
  • When making hiring and compensation decisions, we consider a variety of factors, including skills, experience, education, training, competencies, and overall business needs.
  • The reasonable compensation range for this role is $260,000 - $350,000.
  • Generous Time Off: Up to 8 weeks of paid time off per year, including holidays, PTO, and sick time.
