About the role
- Our client is a multifaceted Class A General Contractor that is focused on government construction.
- Their team has extensive experience in all aspects of construction, including roofing, environmental management, engineering services, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities
- resolving design problems
- assess and implement change orders.
- Manage the reviewing and approving of contractor payment requests.
- Perform a variety of other duties as assigned and special projects as needed.
- Maintain relationships and act as a liaison in matters associated with Federal, State, and Municipal matters including permits, inspections, and applicable approval requirements to ensure prompt and successful delivery of project goals and objectives.
Requirements
- A thorough knowledge of all construction-related trades.
- Must be willing to travel.
- The ability to uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information is essential.
Nice to have
- college preferred but not required.
- Government contracting experience required.
- Experience with JOC or IDIQ contracts preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required
Compensation
- $100 - 120K per year.
- Meet construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions; providing non-project annual operating and capital budget information.
