- What you need to bring: Have a positive attitude with a sense of humor Excellent time management, written, and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and follow-through ability Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Thorough understanding and preparation of design projects through all phases of development Proficient in Revit or similar design applications Prefer 4+ years of Multifamily design experience and working towards an architectural license Professional degree from an accredited college or university Travel Requirements of approximately 0%-5% Visa Sponsorship is not available for this role at this time.
