About the role
- Sentinel Neurobehavioral Care & Solutions, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to join our team in Spokane, WA.
- In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home
- Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
Requirements
- Experience working with children
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods
- CBT Certification is required
- Attend required team meetings and training sessions
Nice to have
- In-Home experience preferred
- Active CPR certification (Preferred)
- CBT Certification (RBT is a plus!)
Compensation
- $19.00-$25.00 per hour
