About the role
- Our recruiter facilitates the sourcing, attraction, recruiting, selection process and ultimately extends offers of employment for our internal field staffing offices.
- This position is a salaried, full-time position located in (HQ) Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities
- Build and retain an active pipeline of candidates
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to establish trust and credibility.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
Nice to have
- Minimum 3 years' experience recruiting in relevant industries preferred
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws is preferred
Skills
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
- Screen and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
