About the role

  • We are seeking an Associate or Manager (title commensurate with experience) to join DESRI's team within the Project Management function.
  • The candidate will be part of an inclusive, high-performing team responsible for advancing DESRI's portfolio of wind, solar, and energy storage projects.
  • This role operates in a dynamic environment that values collaboration, ownership, thoughtful problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional project teams to support and streamline execution of renewable energy projects across development, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Provide project management support to senior PM leadership, helping drive accountability, coordination, and delivery across DESRI's project portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (e.g., engineering, finance, legal) and external partners (e.g., EPCs, consultants) to resolve project challenges and drive issues to resolution.
  • Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules and key milestones across assigned projects.
  • Own and manage project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting; ensure timely and accurate communication of project status to stakeholders.
  • Lead or support recurring project meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing key decisions, and tracking action items.
  • Support internal and external communications by drafting, refining, and formatting high-quality presentations, memos, and reports.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams in different time zones and with external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in project management, renewable energy, infrastructure, or a related industry.

Compensation

  • The expected annual base salary for this position is $100,000 - $160,000.
