About the role
- This position is critical to managing daily operations of a talent management department, including campaign management, invoicing, and communication with creators and brand clients.
- This role offers a tremendous opportunity to learn directly from industry leaders and grow into a Talent Manager.
Responsibilities
- Support our highest-performing Talent Managers on campaign execution from start to finish, handling daily back and forth with brands, agencies, and creators.
- Maintain professional and prompt communication between brand clients and creators.
- Manage campaigns and update records through our CRM, ensuring all contracts, payment info, and campaign details are captured.
- As a full-service creative partner, we combine strategy, creator management, media amplification, and technological innovation to deliver content that moves culture and drives results for our clients.
- We are seeking a self-motivated and highly organized Talent Management Coordinator to support our growing Talent Management team.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in an internship or full-time role within a related industry.
Compensation
- Salary: $18-25/hour, depending on location
