About the role

  • The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations within a unionized manufacturing environment to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant facility.
  • This role provides direct leadership to housekeeping employees in accordance with established cleaning standards, safety regulations, and the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).

Responsibilities

  • Monitor cleanliness levels and address deficiencies promptly to support manufacturing operations.
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees in accordance with union guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Support special cleaning projects, shutdowns, audits, or facility events as required.
