- Responsible for developing and maintaining the master production plan to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels.
- Using customer demand, new business opportunities, operational constraints, and forecast data, the Master Production Scheduler develops rolling three-month production plans to support business objectives.
- The position leads production control and scheduling activities with minimal supervision, ensuring effective coordination across Operations, Production, Sales, Customer Service, and Management.
- Additionally, collaborates with the shipping department to ensure on-time customer deliveries and overall supply chain performance.
