About the role
- We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Operations Supervisor to oversee security operations within the Miami-Dade.
- This role requires a "hands-on" leader who can transition seamlessly from training staff to troubleshooting equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Staff Training & Development: Familiarize new staff with site-specific post orders and conduct hands-on training for existing personnel to maintain high service standards.
- Performance Management: Execute and document coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions for staff members in accordance with company policy.
- Client Relations: Interact with clients and residents professionally to address immediate concerns and maintain strong site-level relationships.
- Working directly under the Director of Operations, this individual ensures field-level excellence by supervising personnel, maintaining site compliance, and providing logistical support.
Requirements
- Florida Class D Security License (Required)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required)
- Minimum of 3 years of security supervision or leadership experience
- Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug test.
- Flexibility for an on-call schedule as needed
- Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting security equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
