About the role

  • The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.

Responsibilities

  • Performs various personnel actions related to hiring, orientation, onboarding, performance appraisals, and counseling.
  • Provides feedback, coaching, mentorship, training, support, competency evaluations, and performance management feedback.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of a Medical Assistant program or Emergency Medical Technician-Basic certification.
  • Preferred experience as a supervisor.
  • One year of experience as a Medical Assistant/EMT working for CCH preferred
  • At least "Meets Expectations" on their most recent performance review.
  • Certification in basic life support (CPR).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
