Design, build, and deploy features across our Java and Python stack - end-to-end ownership from implementation through deployment and observability.
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and architecture conversations - not as a passive observer, but as someone whose perspective is wanted.
Deep AI-native development experience, in a production environment, is one of the most valuable things you can develop right now.
We'll help you build it.

3+ years of professional software engineering experience with real production exposure.
Curiosity about and some hands-on experience with AI development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar) - even if you're still building the habit, you're genuinely interested in going deeper.

Experience in startup or fast-moving product environments.
Interest in identity, privacy, or compliance domains.
Experience with Scala
